The Ultimate Nasal Dilator does not require cleaning after each use, however, we suggested cleaning it at least once a week with a mild anti-bacterial hand soap.

Also, be sure to place the Ultimate Nasal Dilator in its convenient place so you can find it fast when your about to turn it.

The Ultimate Nasal Dilator Test

If you are not sure if you need an Ultimate Nasal Dilator take the Ultimate Nasal Dilator test.

• Plug one nostril with your thumb
• Breathe in normally through your open nostril. If you can not breath in normally then your nasal passage is blocked
• Now pull the edge of your nostril away from you. This is open the nostril and should allow you to breath normally. If this works then the Ultimate Nasal Dilator is the right product for you
• Next repeat the process with your other nostril
