Shipping Information

After your order is placed, it usually takes 2 to 3 days to ship your order. You should receive your Ultimate Nasal Dilator 5-6 days depending on the method of shippment. If you have not received your order in 6 working days contact Nasal Aid support.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

If you decide you do not want the product you can return the product for a refund. To return the product simply contact support and ask for an RMA number. The unit must be returned in its orignial box unopenned. If the box is opened we will need to charge a 10% RESTOCKING charge. This is required of most returned medical devices. Once we receive the returned unit you will receive your refund minus any restocking charge and shipping cost.
